Salesforce Functional Consultant, exploratory interviews

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advancedprofessional to join our growing team. If you are passionate aboutoptimizing the Quote-to-Cash process, translating complex businessrequirements into scalable solutions, and collaborating withcross-functional teams to drive impact, this could be the perfectopportunity for you. In this role, you will:

Elicit analyses and document business requirements related to thequote-to-cash process.

Design and configure scalable solutions withinSalesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced to meet business requirements.

Provide2nd and 3rd line functional support for the Revenue Cloud Advancedenvironment,guiding users and resolving functional issues.

Leadworkshops and training sessions for business users.

Collaborate closelywith developers to ensure the technical solution aligns with thefunctional design.

Create and maintain functional documentation,including process flows,user stories and use cases.

Requirements

You will bring:

Proven experience as a Functional Consultant, Business Analyst or similar role with a focus on Salesforce Revenue CloudAdvanced and CPQ.

Deep understanding of quote-to-cash processes, product bundling, product rules, price rules & quote templates.

Hands-on experience configuringSalesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced.

Proficient in Salesforce flowdevelopment & testing.

Excellent communication and stakeholdermanagement skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to translate complex business needs into clear actionable requirements.

Strong English communicationskills (both written and verbal).

Familiarity working in a DevOpsenvironment, hence accustomed to versioning using Git based tools.

Preferred Certifications:Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consultant (highlypreferred). Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist (highly preferred).Salesforce Certified Administrator / Advanced Administrator. SalesforceCertified Sales Cloud Consultant.
