Job backgroundWe are looking for a passionate, proactive and experienced IT & DevOps Team Lead to drive our infrastructure and operations strategy and day-to-day activities.Lead and oversee the company's IT and DevOps functions, ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient infrastructure and software delivery. Together with a team of two, drive automation, operational excellence, and compliance while managing and supporting IT & DevOps staff.You will lead a small team while remaining hands‑on, ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our IT systems and DevOps pipelines.
