France is a strategic priority, and we are seeking an entrepreneurial and results-driven Sales Director (Country Manager) to lead and scale the business locally.About the RoleThe Sales Director (Country Manager – France) will be responsible for building and scaling the offline sales and channel ecosystem in France.This is a high-autonomy, entrepreneurial leadership role , ideal for candidates who want to:Build a market from scratchOwn strategy, execution, and resultsGrow into a General Manager role as the business scalesThe role works closely with Global HQ (China) while leading all local market operations in France.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the offline sales and channel strategy for the French marketBuild, manage, and expand dealer, distributor, and reseller networksDrive B2C channel development through offline and hybrid sales modelsDefine and implement go-to-market strategies , pricing models, and brand positioningEstablish sales targets, budgets, KPIs, and performance tracking mechanismsRecruit, train, and manage a local sales teamMaintain strong relationships with key local partners and stakeholdersConduct market research and competitor analysisCollect customer and channel feedback to support product optimization and market fitCoordinate closely with HQ teams including product, supply chain, logistics, and marketingMust-See RequirementsExperience8+ years of experience in offline sales and channel developmentBackground in tools, 3C electronics, mobile phones, or consumer electronicsStrong experience in B2C channel salesMinimum 3 years managing teams of 10+ peopleProven track record of building and scaling local sales organizationsIndustry Background (Highly Preferred)3C electronicsProfessional tools & equipmentLanguage & ProfileHigh Level Chinese speaker (mandatory)Fluent English (working level or above)Fluent GermanDeep understanding of the French and European marketsStrong network with local distributors, dealers, and retail partnersLegalMust be legally eligible to work in FranceWhy JoinBuild and lead the French market from scratch with full ownershipHigh-impact leadership role with end-to-end responsibilityClear path to General Manager as the business expands in EuropeCompetitive and flexible compensation packageFully remote role with close collaboration with a global leadership team#J-18808-Ljbffr
