Job Description
You will serve as the technical backbone of the organization, ensuring that our Chief Executive and Directors have a robust, secure platform from which to command.Personal EvolutionAutonomyAdministrative WorkTechnical ExpertiseResponsibilities Manage and maintain the organization’s website (Odoo/Custom) ensuring 99.9% uptime.Administer the organization’s workspace (Google Workspace/Microsoft 365) and email servers.Implement cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive member data and internal documents.Troubleshoot technical issues for remote volunteers and executive staff.Manage domain registration, hosting, and SSL certificates.Develop a disaster recovery plan for digital assets.Advise the Board on software investments to improve operational efficiency.Must Have Experience in System Administration or IT Management.Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices (GDPR compliance is critical).Problem-solving mindset with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical staff.Proficiency in English (technical and conversational).Nice to have Experience with cloud computing (AWS/Azure).Background in managing non-profit IT infrastructure.Knowledge of Python or data management.What\'s great in the job?
