Chief Marketing Officer – OnoffJoin to apply for the Chief Marketing Officer role at Onoff.Onoff Telecom is a European neo-telecom and SaaS company redefining how people and businesses communicate. Founded by Taïg Khris, Onoff merges software agility with telecom reliability to create simple, powerful, and borderless communication experiences.With 100+ team members from 30+ nationalities across Paris and Tallinn, Onoff is entering a pivotal growth phase, evolving from telecom disruptor to global SaaS brand — a moment for the CMO to shape its story, scale multi-product growth, and build a world‑class marketing engine.Core Missions & PrioritiesBuild Onoff’s Growth Engine: design and execute scalable acquisition, activation, and retention strategies.Own performance marketing, SEO/ASO, CRM, and lifecycle automation to drive measurable growth (CAC, LTV, churn).Strengthen Product–Marketing Synergy: work closely with Product and Tech teams to craft clear value‑based narratives and deliver impactful go‑to‑market strategies for every product launch.Architect and Elevate the Brand: create a unified brand system across all product lines and craft a strong, human identity that resonates across B2B and B2C audiences; lead content, PR, and communication initiatives to position Onoff as a leading European neo‑telecom brand.Build and Scale the Team: lead and mentor a marketing team of 6–8 people, foster collaboration, accountability, and a test‑and‑learn culture; select and manage top‑performing agencies and partners (PR, SEA/SEO, creative, media).Lay the Foundations for Sustainable Growth (First 12 Months): deliver a unified brand architecture and refreshed visual identity; launch future product; build marketing performance dashboards and KPIs (CAC, CPL, ARR, CAC/LTV, retention); structure marketing operations and tech stack (CRM, automation, analytics).Ideal ProfileExperience: 10+ years in senior marketing roles in SaaS, tech, or app‑based environments; proven experience leading growth or brand transformation.Expertise: product marketing, app growth, lifecycle marketing, analytics, and performance.Leadership: strategic yet hands‑on, able to scale, coach, and build from scratch.Mindset: entrepreneurial, analytical, creative, and execution‑driven.Language: fluent in English and French (mandatory).Telecom background is a plus; curiosity and adaptability are essential.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive executive compensation (fixed + variable)Hybrid work model (Paris office + remote flexibility twice per week)Seniority level: ExecutiveEmployment type: Full‑timeJob function: Marketing and SalesIndustry: TelecommunicationsReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Onoff by 2x.#J-18808-Ljbffr
