About the RoleWe are hiring a Head of Engagement to build and lead the Engagement function globally. You will manage and scale a team of Engagement Managers across Europe, the Middle East, US, and future regions, and define how Harmattan AI engages with customers—from technical demonstrations to full deployment and long-term partnerships. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Field Operations, and directly impacts our ability to win tenders, deploy systems successfully, and build a scalable partner ecosystem.ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team BuildingBuild, manage, and scale a global team of Engagement Managers across regionsDefine team structure, hiring plan, and capability developmentEstablish clear performance standards, KPIs, and operating cadenceEngagement StrategyDefine and own the global engagement strategy across all marketsEnsure consistency and excellence in customer interactions, demonstrations, and deploymentsPartner with Sales leadership on strategic deals, key accounts, and major tendersOperational ExcellenceStandardize and elevate:Demonstration frameworks and demo kitsDeployment and field operation processesCustomer engagement playbooksEnsure high level of execution quality and repeatability across regionsProduct & Feedback LoopEstablish structured processes to capture field insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligenceTranslate field learnings into actionable inputs for Product and EngineeringEnsure tight alignment between market needs and product roadmapCross-functional AlignmentAct as the central interface between Sales, Marketing, R&D and ProductEnsure seamless coordination across teams for customer delivery and deployment successCandidate RequirementsSignificant experience in Sales Engineering, Program Management, Field Operations, or similar roles in UAV, defense, robotics, or complex systems environmentsProven track record of building and leading high-performing teams in technical, customer-facing contextsStrong experience with technical sales cycles, deployments, and OEM/partner integrationsAbility to operate at both:Strategic level (defining frameworks, scaling functions)Operational level (supporting critical deals, deployments, and escalations)Strong system-level understanding of integrated hardware + software productsComplex Project Management: Avid learner with a demonstrated capacity to handle large-scale, complex projects – offering innovative solutions and leading teams to deliver outstanding results.Adaptability & Mobility: Thrives under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; embraces a “no-task-is-too-small” mentality.Communication & Influence: Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of leading diverse principals – from junior members to senior executives.Commitment: 100% dedication to Harmattan AI’s mission, vision, and ambitious growth plans, ready to go the extra mile to ensure operational excellence.UAV pilot license strongly preferredHigh willingness to travel (significant field presence required)We look forward to hearing how you can help shape the future of autonomous defense systems at Harmattan AI.#J-18808-Ljbffr
