At B&B HOTELS, we are on an ambitious growth journey — scaling rapidly across Europe, the US and Brazil, with more than 950 hotels across 19 countries.To support this transformation, we’re looking for a Technical Architect to join our Group team and play a key role.Why this role mattersTechnical Architecture is a key strategic actor who will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our hospitality group's technology landscape. In this role, you will be responsible for designing consistent and robust technical architecture that aligns with our enterprise architecture. You will be in interactions with different owners in countries and technical lead of solutions to understand and design the target technical architecture which will be the foundations for a future IT landscape.Nice to have: Culture Microsoft AzureWhat you will work onDesign and maintain a robust and scalable technical architecture to support all our current and future systemsLead the identification, evaluation, and implementation of new technologies and solutions that provide to B&B the ability to speed up roll out and ease monitoring.Partner with technical stakeholders across all departments (e.g., Operations, Developers,…) to understand their needs and translate them into actionable IT solutions.Oversee the work of solution architects, ensuring they deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions that meet business requirements.Provide thought leadership and technical expertiseManage the technical architecture governance framework (DAT : Dossier d’architecture technique), including standards, tools, and processes.Collaborate with IT security teams to ensure all solutions comply with security best practices and regulations.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key technology vendors and partners.Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and participate in relevant industry events.What we’re looking forMaster's degree in Computer Science, Information TechnologyMinimum 10 years of experience in technical architectureIn-depth understanding of technology frameworks, trends and best practices.Strong ability to present target solutions and associated benefits.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Service oriented mindsetA high degree of teamwork and communication skills as well as service orientationAnalytical and solution-oriented way of workingCapacity to present works in a synthetic mannerReporting line into Global Enterprise & Solutions ArchitectBenefitsBe part of one of the fastest-growing hotel groups in EuropeWork on visible projectsOperate in a dynamic, international environmentIf you’re looking for a role where you can build, transform, and deliver at scale, this is it.#J-18808-Ljbffr
