Enterprise Architecture Chapter Lead Responsible for leading the Enterprise Architecture Chapter to define the technology framework and align business vision with a robust and scalable technical strategy.Responsibilities Translate the business vision into a target enterprise architecture blueprint, aligning with Pernod Ricard’s Information Systems strategy.Define and manage the Enterprise Architecture framework, standards, and guidelines to ensure scalability, feasibility, and security.Assess affiliate situations across regions and define transformation plans balancing global synergies with local business needs.Support key projects by defining architectures, identifying critical issues, and aligning with time‑to‑market priorities.Lead and manage a team of Enterprise Architects, fostering a culture of innovation and cross‑functional collaboration.Engage with Program Design Authorities and develop a strong community of architects across Pernod Ricard.Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, ideally in an international environment.Strong leadership, autonomy, and influencing skills to navigate global organizations.Results‑oriented with a pragmatic approach to architecture and a strong agile mindset.Expertise in application & technical architecture: software, data, integration, cloud, and security.Fluent in English; French or Spanish is appreciated but not mandatory.Benefits Outstanding collaborative workplace, possibilities to work from home (2 days a week), complete mutual insurance, attractive compensation including profit‑sharing, daily training opportunities, and employee events.#J-18808-Ljbffr
