Drilling Marine Superintendent, France

We are looking for an experienced Drilling Marine Superintendent (French and English speaking) to lead marine governance, rig‑move operations and compliance oversight across an offshore drilling fleet.This is a senior role within the Maintenance Technical Support team, supporting jackups, platform rigs, and land drilling assets while acting as the key marine authority across the fleet.What you’ll be doing:Leading and supervising rig moves across multiple assetsManaging marine integrity, stability, ballast and load complianceActing as the DPA / CSO interface for fleet marine operationsCoordinating with flag state, class societies, MWS, tug providers and operational teamsSupporting marine investigations, audits, inspections and emergency response planningDriving fleet‑wide marine compliance and operational excellenceQualifications:Master Mariner, Class 1 Engineer, OIM Unlimited or equivalent15+ years in offshore drilling marine operationsStrong experience with MODU rig moves and marine assuranceSolid understanding of ISM / ISPS / SOLAS / MARPOL requirementsPrevious DPA and/or CSO experience preferredExperience working with DNV, ABS, BV, LR or similar class societiesEnglish and French language fluency requiredThis is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic offshore drilling environment and take ownership of marine operations at fleet level.#J-18808-Ljbffr
