Overview Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – France, responsible for Finance, Tax, and Procurement domains. Leads a Management Accounting team, Financial Accounting/Tax team, Procurement team, and Portfolio Change Management.Key Responsibilities Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the branch, coordinating with the Country Manager and Regional CFO.Provide direction to department heads on accounting and budgeting policies, controls and resources.Supervise local Finance and Accounting department, ensuring French GAAP compliance and MIS development.Manage capital management information and reporting.Ensure compliance with French tax obligations and ING tax policies.Oversee the Procurement function to secure quality and value while implementing the ING Bank Procurement Policy.Develop and enforce internal control policies, monitoring financial transactions against local legislation and IAS/IFRS.Report monthly results, perform variance analysis, and present financial statements and forecasts to senior management.Lead the Portfolio Management Committee and the Change Portfolio Management Committee.Identify, develop and recruit staff talent, ensuring succession planning and capability building.Participate in weekly Management Team meetings, providing financial and strategic insights.Collaborate with auditors and regulators, maintaining strong relationships.Key Qualifications Master’s degree in finance or a related field and/or professional certifications such as Chartered Accountant / Accountant Expert.At least 4 years of senior management experience in wholesale banking.Strong knowledge of French regulatory accounting, tax environments, and French GAAP.Proficiency in IFRS, financial and management accounting, and internal controls.Strong strategic thinking, cross‑organizational perspective, and the ability to influence senior leaders.Leadership experience in project and transformational initiatives with demonstrated results.Track record of building capabilities, leading people, and driving operational excellence.Excellent stakeholder management, communication and networking skills.Language Skills Fluent in French and English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
