Job DescriptionResponsible for defining and evolving the global brand creative vision, identity and guidelines, and for translating brand strategy into strong creative territories and storytelling.Lead production development of global campaigns and activations, ensuring high‑quality execution across channels and regions.Challenge and elevate agency output and creative standards.Lead and structure collaboration with Publicis as the creative agency, setting clear direction, feedback loops and expectations.Influence senior stakeholders and leadership teams, presenting and defending creative vision and recommendations.Lead and develop creative team members.Drive innovation in content, social, influencer and emerging formats, embedding new capabilities such as AI into creative ways of working.Foster a strong creative culture and continuous inspiration.QualificationsMaster’s degree in Marketing or Creative.15+ years of experience in creative leadership, brand marketing, or integrated campaigns (including production).Proven experience in leading global creative work and brand expression at scale.Experience managing teams.Experience in a creative agency or production environment is a strong plus.Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.Ability to translate strategy into compelling creative vision and territories up to execution.Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills in complex, matrix organisations.Strong leadership and team development capabilities.Ability to challenge and elevate agency output and creative standards.Curiosity and openness to innovation, new formats and emerging technologies (e.g. AI).Fluent in English and French.BenefitsRemote work possible several days per week from France and flexible working options.Preferred rates and flash offers for stays and experiences across Accor locations and partners worldwide.Volunteer programme: 1 day offered during working time to support a non‑profit organisation.Social and Economic Committee that helps finance cultural and sports activities.Sustainable Mobility Package with eco‑friendly transport options.Coverage of urban public transport subscriptions between home and workplace.Meal vouchers with a face value of €11.Mandatory health insurance plan funded at 50% by Accor, with no additional cost for dependants upon enrolment.Collaborative workspaces, restaurants, game areas, well‑being and sports spaces on‑site or via Gymlib.We encourage all applications, without distinction of gender, and we support employees with disabilities.
