Future Talent Program is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position at our site in France. You will onboard an individual designed development program for 24 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. As a Future Talent, you'll work with colleagues both locally and internationally while exploring our business.

You can be located in Paris or Orleans.

What you will do

You will be part of the Customer Service Operations (CSO) team in France. Provides exemplary service to our customers, where you will spend ± 80% of your time.

Our goal is to deliver the best services to the customer without making a compromise on quality and safety.

We engage to make CSO an efficient and fun place to work.

As a CSO Trainee you will:
  • Develop skills to execute installation tasks, assembling and installing equipments according to procedures.
  • Learn to execute preventive maintenance activities in line with global Tetra Pak standard procedures and reinstate equipment.
  • Learn trouble shooting skills (Problem Solving Methodology) to restore machines to operational basic conditions.
  • Execute timely maintenance and technical issues reporting according to procedures.
  • Inform Tetra Pak staff about ongoing service activities issues affecting the customer or the quality of Tetra Pak service. Inform about any business opportunity discovered at the customer.
  • Act as an ambassador for Tetra Pak at all times. Ensuring and promoting good working relationships with the customer colleagues.
  • Execute all work in accordance Tetra Pak and Customer safety regulations and requirements regarding product quality and food safety.

We believe you have

  • You have good communication skills and able to understand customer needs
  • You are a team player but also able to work independently.
  • You have a technical school background, either a BTS or an IUT specialization (filière) in (Electro)Mechanics.
  • You have strong French skills. English is a plus.
