Withinthe Group Talent department, the International HR Support, Careers &Staffing team manages processes and projects aiming at developing careers'internationalization while contributing to business development and operationalperformance by mobilizing the right person at the right place at theright moment.

Feeding business and operations with HR solutions and engaged talents
In this environment youreport to the International HR Manager and take care of the following missions:
1 - VIE Program
Contribute to the Group's internationalmobility strategy through operational support to the VIE program:
• Coordinate onboarding at both local and Group level (digital or at HQ)
• Ensure completion of administrative steps
• Update dashboards and track monthly KPIs
2 - Group Graduate ProgramSupport the organization of the Group'sinternational Graduate Program:
• Assist in theselection process and participant follow-up
• Contribute tothe organization of learning expeditions and development activities
3 - Support to Other InternationalPrograms• Lead coordination of internationalinternship staffing
• Assist withShort Term Assignments (STA) processes
• Contribute toother ad hoc international HR initiatives
4 - Communication• Promote international programsinternally and externally
• Update contentand support communication on SharePoint and other internal platforms

Master's degree in human resources
Skills
Excellent writing and communication skills
Ability to create, design and publish impactful internal communication content
Excellent commands of Ms tools (powerpoint/ word/ excel)
Languages
English full proficiency (written and spoken) required
French B2
A third language appreciated
