PROPOSED SCOPE

Documentation & Digitalization

Convert Word maintenance task sheets into fillable PDFs for field use
Build a fleet-wide library of operating and maintenance manuals per rig, accessible from HQ
Attach the relevant manual to each asset in MMFusion
Review and restructure the Technical Library (architecture, naming, metadata)

Maintenance Operations

Build and maintain an action tracker for all open maintenance topics across the fleet
Review Maintenance Plans for accuracy and consistency
Support the Drilling Rigs Load Path Analysis

Broader Exposure (to make the role attractive and well-rounded)

Support development of a fleet maintenance KPI dashboard (Power BI)
Photographic inventory of critical equipment as foundation for future digital twin/asset register work
Spare parts cataloguing: OEM cross-reference, naming standardisation
Benchmarking of CMMS usage between rigs (data quality, work order closure rates)
Process mapping for preventive, corrective, and breakdown workflows
