About the Role

You'll be part of our Marketing team, dedicated to projects handled by Head of Marketing, Sneha along with other marketing colleagues. Our team is known for its creativity, collaboration, innovation, team spirit, revenue-driven mindset, and you will also have the opportunity to collaborate with top professionals across sales, product, & engineering.

Your mission at Jus Mundi

You will be working on the following tasks that are directly tied to the revenue goals of the company & play a crucial role to achieve company's annual goals.

Client Success Stories

• Coordinate internally and externally to produce compelling client success stories
• Organize and manage video filming logistics with clients and internal teams
• Liaise with our professional video editor throughout the editing process to ensure timely delivery
• Write success stories based on the videos for our blog (Daily Jus)

Events

• Assist in the planning and execution of both in-person and online events
• Handle operational logistics (venue hunting, registrations forms, creating visuals based on templates, registration tracking, etc.)
• Support marketing promotion for events across relevant channels (emails, social media, landing pages)
• Track monthly KPIs

Content

• Assist in the creation and scheduling of social media content to announce new clients
• Assist in drafting product launch related blog articles

Email Marketing & Newsletter

• Assist in building and formatting newsletters, emails, ensuring visual consistency and quality

Preferred Experience and Skills

• Must be based in Paris & hold a valid French visa. We do not sponsor visas for internships.
• Currently pursuing / already hold a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Previous internships experience in marketing field is appreciated
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Native / C2 level)
• Attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
• Familiarity with social media platforms like LinkedIn
• Bonus if you already have an experience with HubSpot, SalesForce, Dust, Figma, Zoom, video production tools, or email marketing platforms
