Votre mission

MISSIONS :

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition :

Create and publish job advertisements based on approved Recruitment Authorization Requests (DAR) using internal recruitment tools and platforms.

Source candidates through various channels including databases, job boards, professional social networks, referrals, universities, direct approaches, email campaigns, and headhunting activities.

Screen and shortlist applications according to job requirements and recruitment standards.

Administer technical assessments and coordinate candidate evaluation processes.

Conduct HR prequalification interviews in French and/or English to assess technical competencies, soft skills, motivation, availability, mobility, and salary expectations.

Prepare recruitment reports and candidate summaries for HR and operational management review.

Stakeholder Management & Reporting :

Coordinate recruitment activities with hiring managers and project stakeholders.

Participate in recruitment follow-up meetings with BU customers and project teams.

Prepare recruitment dashboards, KPIs and weekly reporting for HR management.

Ensure recruitment activities are conducted within agreed timelines and service levels.

Employer Branding & HR Support :

Create and publish recruitment communication content using corporate HR communication materials.

Promote employment opportunities through LinkedIn and other professional networks.

Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction campaigns.

Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools.

HR Business Support :

Support the HR Leader in recruitment-related activities across BU ENA projects.

Participate in workforce planning and talent pipeline development.

Contribute to HR initiatives supporting business growth and organizational development.

Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, confidentiality requirements and applicable employment regulations.

Votre profil

Master's degree in Human Resources.

Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Experience within an international environment; industrial sector experience is a strong advantage.

English professional minimum B2.

Demonstrated ability to attract and engage high-quality talent.

Strong leadership and influencing skills.

Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.

Strong sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, and selection skills.

Good knowledge of recruitment regulations and employment-related legislation.

Experience using ATS systems, recruitment databases, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and sourcing tools.

Strong reporting and KPI monitoring capabilities.

Good understanding of technical and industrial professions.

Employer branding and recruitment communication experience.
Professional English proficiency (minimum B2 level).

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong listening and interviewing abilities.

Proactive and autonomous mindset.

High level of organization and attention to detail.

Team-oriented with a customer-service approach.

Adaptability to multicultural and international environments.

Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure.

Strong confidentiality and professional ethics.
