Position & Requirements

Main tasks :

Reporting to the Distribution Manager, and working in collaboration with the sales/customer service and marketing teams, you will contribute to the day-to-day activities of the sales teams and will have the following main tasks:
  • Investment and Commercial Activity Support:
    • Participation in weekly team sales meetings
    • Monitoring daily flows & sending portfolios and allocations to invested clients
    • Production and dispatch of dedicated client reports
    • Support in the production of performance commentary
    • Participation in the production/update & development of sales presentations (EN/ FR)
    • Contribution to the follow-up of client requests
    • Participation in 121 meetings and client events with the sales team
  • Support Activities Client Servicing & Marketing:
    • Help with the production of pitches for Robeco products
    • Research on investment themes
    • Contribution to updates and monitoring of the CRM database in connection with client activities
    • Optimization of processes and tools used for sales follow-up
    • Help manage cross-functional sales/marketing projects


Profile:
  • Gap year or end-of-studies internship
  • Appetence for financial issues
  • Fluent English / French essential
  • Excellent writing skills in French/English
  • Highly adaptable to a technical environment
  • Good command of office tools (Excel / PowerPoint)
  • Autonomy, proactivity, creativity, curiosity and thoroughness

Duration :

6 months, full-time - to be filled from early August 2026 / based in Paris
