Key accountabilities :

  • Act as a strategic business partner to leadership to drive vision, optimise organisation, and enhance performance and productivity
  • Position The Peninsula Paris as an employer of choice and foster a strong culture of engagement, trust, and belonging
  • Lead workforce planning (headcount, labour costs, performance, talent development) to ensure high-performing operations
  • Implement reward and talent development programmes aligned with business needs and employee experience
  • Promote HR best practices while ensuring full compliance with labour laws
  • Monitor and optimise key HR metrics (headcount, payroll, productivity)

  • Build strong talent pipelines through industry networking and school partnerships
  • Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, and sensitive cases effectively
  • Drive business performance through HR data, KPIs, and efficient systems in collaboration with Finance and Technology


General requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in People & Culture / Human Resources in a complex, high-service or luxury environment
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect HR strategy to operational and financial performance
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, including experience with social relations and unions
  • Strategic mindset combined with hands-on leadership, data-driven decision making, and a strong focus on culture and talent development
