Your missions :
As a member of the Commercial team within the L'Oréal Group's Dermatological Beauty Division, your objectives will be concrete and your responsibilities stimulating. You will actively participate in:
- Field support order taking: contacting clients within your portfolio (La Roche-Posay, CeraVe, Vichy, SkinCeuticals) in vacant territories, and managing replenishment in response to incoming calls to ensure business continuity.
- New client prospecting: identifying and developing new business opportunities by expanding our client base.
- Customer support and B2B tools: occasionally assisting clients with connecting to and adopting the B2B ordering tool, and processing their orders when necessary.
- Client and representative liaison: occasionally coordinating with field representatives and/or clients to optimize orders and streamline commercial communications.
- Returns management and customer operations: participating in the entry of expired product returns and contributing to customer mailing campaigns, in coordination with the commercial teams.
- Reporting and activity tracking: summarizing and communicating the progress of your actions through reporting tools, to ensure performance visibility for your manager and the teams.

The Recruitment Process
- Recruiter interview - 30 min: To introduce yourself and discuss the position & the L'Oréal Group.
- Meeting with your potential future manager - 45 min: To discuss the missions of the role.
