Based in Paris, at our newly renovated office, La Maison des Parfums, you'll
support the Le Labo EMEA Lifestyle Marketing team across 10 European markets,
working on:
PR - Press & Creators
• Support PR agencies across 10 EMEA markets; coordinate press & creator
needs & relations.
• Maintain media/creator databases; compile monthly press reports
• Liaison between agencies, the local EMEA team, and global teams
EVENTS & SPECIAL PROJECTS
• Support key brand moments: launches, events, City Exclusives
• Help execute Le Labo events; manage timelines, briefs, and suppliers
• Contribute to special projects (e.g., olfactive placements: Fashion Week,
cultural events)
PARTNERSHIPS & AMENITIES
• Help manage European partners across 10 countries
• Research/suggest new partnerships; support outreach and relationship
management
• Compile monthly Amenities reports; keep Amenities & Partnerships tracker up
to date
COORDINATION, OPERATIONS & LOGISTICS
• Coordinate and track product shipments (press, creators, events, amenities)
• Manage product stock (press samples, gifting, amenities)
• Support logistics with PR agencies/partners across France and Europe
• Prepare/personalize products for events, gifting and partnerships
• Create presentations and team materials
• Support the EMEA team with meetings, agendas and recaps
• Coordinate with EMEA and Global tea
Qualifications
• First experience (internship/apprenticeship) in marketing/communications
• Fluent in English, written and spoken (another language is a plus)
• Curious, organized, and hands-on; reliable, detail-oriented, adaptable;
able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Interested in Fragrances, Culture, Art, Fashion & Design
