Maintenance Manager (m/f/d)

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Site Plant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of our industrial facilities.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure and continuously improve equipment safety, reliability and productivity
  • Adapt production facilities to market demands and internal/regulatory requirements
  • Lead the Maintenance & New Construction department, including team scheduling and workload planning
  • Manage maintenance, CAPEX and energy budgets and related reporting in SAP
  • Oversee maintenance and new construction projects, including risk assessments and compliance with technical regulations
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, contracts and external maintenance teams
  • Plan and steer corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance activities and procedures
  • Drive HSE compliance for all maintenance and project activities, including contractor management, risk assessments and updates to HSE documentation


YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
  • Degree in engineering (e.g. mechanical, electrical, industrial) or equivalent technical background
  • Significant experience in maintenance management on an industrial site
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance methodologies (corrective, preventive, predictive) and industrial equipment
  • Experience in managing budgets, leading teams, and coordinating subcontractors
  • Solid understanding of HSE requirements and regulatory standards applicable to industrial environments
  • Confident user of maintenance and reporting tools (e.g. SAP)
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
  • Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on safety, reliability, and continuous improvement
