Role Purpose
This role strengthens delivery capability across a growing global security programme for a major client. Operating as an embedded client-facing specialist, the Embedded Program Manager leads the coordination, visibility, and performance of international security system deployments.
Unlike traditional technical security roles, this position is focused on client relationship ownership, project coordination, and operational oversight rather than deep engineering or commissioning activity.
You will work closely with in-country Project Managers and delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered consistently, risks are identified early, and the client receives clear communication and accountability across all regions.

You will work closely with in-country Project Managers and delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered consistently, risks are identified early, and the client receives clear communication and accountability across all regions.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship & Programme Ownership
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client's global security program
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders across the client organisation
- Provide clear communication on project progress, risks, and escalations
- Coordinate closely with client headquarters (Geneva) and regional teams
Global Project Coordination
- Oversee and track security system installations across multiple countries
- Work alongside in-country Project Managers to ensure consistency of delivery
- Monitor timelines, milestones, and completion status across projects
- Identify risks early and drive alignment across regions
Operational Oversight & Delivery Management
- Maintain visibility of active projects and deployment pipelines
- Drive accountability across delivery teams to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Support issue resolution and ensure structured escalation where required
- Promote consistent delivery practices across all locations
Technical Awareness & Support
- Maintain a working understanding of physical security systems (CCTV, access control, etc.)
- Support troubleshooting through coordination with technical specialists
- Contribute to client discussions with practical, solution-focused input
- Ensure issues are resolved efficiently through the appropriate channels

Travel & Client Engagement
- Travel to client HQ (Geneva) and project locations as required
- Attend key stakeholder meetings and support global programme visibility
- Act as the on-the-ground client representative where needed
Experience & Requirements
Core Experience
- Experience in project or programme management within security, construction, or technology environments
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and client relationships
- Experience coordinating multi-site or international projects
Technical & Industry Awareness
- Understanding of physical security systems (CCTV, access control, etc.)
- Awareness of installation and operational environments
- Ability to translate technical issues into practical actions
