As a Presales, you will be a key driver of Goodays' growth in France. Embedded within the sales team, you will work in close partnership with Account Executives across the full enterprise cycle -from qualification to close on complex, long-cycle deals with regular access to C-level stakeholders. Your ability to translate business challenges into compelling value narratives, not just product demonstrations, will be central to your success.

In this role, you will be responsible for :
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives throughout the enterprise sales cycle - from discovery to close - crafting differentiated value propositions and developing ROI-focused collateral that speaks to business outcomes, not product feature lists.
  • Serve as the primary sales resource for executive-level presentations and demos, adapting your narrative to C-suite stakeholders (CDO, CEO, CX Directors) across Retail, Banking, and other key verticals.
  • Build and maintain a rigorous pre-sales framework - qualification methodology, demo scripts aligned to key value themes, and content that evolves with product messaging - to accelerate and sharpen the sales cycle.
  • Manage the sales bid process end-to-end - RFI/RFP responses, competitive positioning, and stakeholder alignment - coordinating with Engagement Managers and Solution Engineers to ensure seamless execution.
  • Act as a strategic bridge between Sales, Product, and Marketing - translating field insights into product feedback, and market intelligence into sharper positioning.
  • Stay ahead of CX market trends, competitive dynamics, and evolving customer needs, supporting sales efforts across France and EMEA.

Desired Education & Experience
  • Fluent in written and verbal English and French - it is a must
  • Significant experience in a pre-sales/consultant role, at least 3 years, with a proven track record on enterprise, long-cycle deals and regular exposure to C-level stakeholders
  • Solid command of enterprise sales processes and key sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN)
  • Strong exposure or understanding of CX and/or Retail industries is a significant plus
  • Knowledge of the SaaS industry is mandatory; familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.) and API-based integrations is a plus.

Reporting Line

In this role, you will report hierarchically to the Sales Director France, with a functional reporting line to the Team Lead Solution Consultant.
