À propos du département Énergie
Le département Énergie, faisant partie de l'European Procurement Organisation (EPO), est responsable de l'achat d'électricité, de gaz naturel et de gaz industriels (oxygène, azote, argon et hydrogène) et du développement de projets énergétiques pour le groupe : centrales électriques pour valoriser les gaz sidérurgiques, projets d'énergie renouvelable, projets d'efficacité énergétique et usines de production de gaz industriels.
Le périmètre d'activité de l'équipe Energie sur lequel l'alternant sera amené à travailler est essentiellement Européen (Allemagne, Belgique, Espagne, France, Luxembourg, Pologne)
Mission

Volet 1 - Appui au développement des projets ENR & au sourcing de long terme d'Energie Renouvelable et de biométhane au niveau Européen

As a global player and buyer of goods and services, EPO leverages technical excellence to develop best Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) solutions to our internal clients, commonly called "users," to secure ArcelorMittal's supply chain. We negotiate the purchases of contracts and products and services for the group mills worldwide, designing and implementing relevant strategies to anticipate market evolutions and establish transformation programs to optimize the purchasing processes and performances.
Part of ArcelorMittal Europe Flat Products, the European Procurement Organization (EPO) was established in November 2015 following a re-organization of the European Purchasing Platform (EPP) and site-based local purchasing teams. A combined procurement organization was created, connecting global- and hub-based categories, which are more geared towards local needs.

Mission
Elle s'articulera autour de deux volets
Volet 1 - Appui au développement des projets ENR & au sourcing de long terme d'Energie Renouvelable et de biométhane au niveau Européen
Missions principales :
- Maintenir et faire évoluer les modèles financiers des projets ENR (CAPEX, OPEX, LCOE, analyse de rentabilité)
- Contribuer à l'automatisation d'outils d'évaluation et de reporting
- Appuyer la mise à jour des modèles de PPA et l'analyse de leur équivalence avec des achats sur le marché en Base Load
- Développer des tableaux de bord (Power BI) pour le suivi des offres fournisseurs, des appels d'offres et des projets
- Participer à la préparation des Appels d'Offres (benchmark fournisseurs)
- Aider au suivi de projets de centrales solaires, éoliennes en étude pour une installation sur site industriel, en lien avec les équipes opérationnelles
- Appui à l'analyse des conditions de développement du biométhane : réglementation, fiscalité, mécanismes de soutien (subventions, garanties d'origine, etc.),
Outils et méthodes
- Excel (modélisation financière), Power BI (visualisation), Python/VBA (automatisation)
- Analyses économiques et benchmark technique
- Travail en mode projet, coordination avec des partenaires internes et externes
Volet 2 - Modélisation et analyse du marché de l'électricité en France
Missions principales
- Modéliser la sensibilité du prix spot à la disponibilité du parc nucléaire, de la production renouvelable et à la demande
- Étudier les coûts post-marché (déséquilibres, mécanismes d'ajustement, redispatching) et leur impact sur le coût total d'approvisionnement
- Analyser le pricing futur du mécanisme de capacité, en lien avec le financement des CfD (Contracts for Difference)
- Etude des nouveaux outils de stockage et de flexibilité (batterie, stockage de chaleur)
Outils :
- Modélisation sous Excel, Python ou R
- Utilisation de données RTE, EPEX Spot, CRE, ENTSO-E
- Veille réglementaire et économique (REPowerEU, PPE, CRMs, etc.)
Profil recherché
- Étudiant(e) en Master 2 ou école d'ingénieur avec spécialisation en économie de l'énergie, mathématiques appliquées, data science ou ingénierie énergétique.
- Intérêt fort pour les marchés de l'électricité et la transition énergétique.
- Maîtrise des outils quantitatifs et capacité de synthèse.
- Rigueur, curiosité, esprit d'analyse, bonne communication
