Your role:
Joining our Lab Water Solutions site, you support the launch of new products and manage global training initiatives within the Marketing department. You proactively create and manage training courses in our Learning Management System (LMS) for our worldwide organization. Acting as both project manager and execution leader, you oversee all stages of internal training activities-from planning and coordinating to reporting and follow-up-to effectively support our global Service and Sales teams. Furthermore, you coordinate the logistics of shipping training supplies internationally and collaborate closely with various global teams, including Commercial, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Marketing. Depending on your skills and interests, you may also contribute to developing engaging training content, such as video tutorials and user guides.

Who you are:
- Equipped with fundamentals in Project Management.
- Proactive, autonomous, and possessing excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
- Knowledgeable or strongly interested in artificial intelligence.
- Fluent in English to effectively operate and communicate in a global business environment.
