Your role

After training on our Milli-Q® water purification systems for laboratories in the fields of Research, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Cosmetics, Food & Beverage industries..., your role will be to support the sales organization and the deployment of the global product strategy on a daily basis.

In this position, you will provide daily support to sales teams on the existing product portfolio and actively participate in the deployment of the global product strategy. You will also participate in the training plan set-up, support its execution, handle the item creation process, and manage internal projects in close collaboration with marketing and field teams, focusing on optimizing and improving workflows and tools. Additionally, you will master competition, market dynamics, and technology trends while effectively communicating information and updates to the field sales organization.

Who you are
• Degree in Engineering, Marketing or Life Science
• Minimum 4+ years of working experience in Sales / Marketing / Technical support area, Experience in Milli-Q® Lab Water is a plus
• Strong emotional intelligence and profound orientation towards the expectations of internal and external customers are a must
• Ability to network and build strong relationships across the Commercial Area, Marketing, R&D and supporting business functions
• Cross-functional influence skills, global team player and cultural awareness
• Proactive, resourceful, pragmatic, and able to get things done in a timely manner
• Fluent in English with excellent writing and presentation skills
• Experience working with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Knowledge of CRM Salesforce.com / ServiceMax would be an asset
