Opportunity to become a central member of the European Business Development and Tendering team, reporting to the Director.

Missions:

• Manage tenders under direction of line manager

• Meet the clients, present our tenders (travels required in Europe)

• Network with subcontractors / suppliers / potential clients in target countries - Centralising our knowledge and improving our 'sensors' across Europe.

• Understand procurement types and methodology throughout Europe

• Analyse the construction market within Europe
• Become an expert in 'behavioural and co-operative tendering/procurement' practices

Requirements

• Speak French fluently and operational English (required)

• From an engineering background (recommanded)
• Has a detailed understanding of tendering processes with experience in lump sum / alliance / target cost
• Has an understanding of preparing tender documentation and the management of that operation
• Experience with working with /managing consultants, partners and external parties
• Highly organised
• A good communicator

You will work from Challenger.
