About the Role
The Inside Account Manager is the central point of contact for assigned partner accounts, responsible for daily business execution, quotation accuracy, and CRM discipline to ensure a seamless partner experience. This role manages the full sales cycle for designated partners-from demand generation through quoting and invoicing-while driving revenue and margin growth. Success requires responsiveness, operational excellence, and proactive engagement to build loyalty and unlock new opportunities. Your Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Sales Execution
Own assigned partner accounts, acting as the single point of contact for all needs.
Maintain complete account knowledge (structure, history, decision-makers) and ensure CRM accuracy.
Manage the full sales cycle: demand generation, quoting, and invoicing with first-time-right performance.
Achieve revenue and margin targets while elevating partner satisfaction and loyalty.

Business Planning & Forecasting
Build and execute account plans with Partner Success Managers and Vendor teams.
Support forecast accuracy by updating opportunities and expected closures in CRM.
Participate in business reviews and ensure visibility of results, risks, and opportunities.

Growth & Digital Engagement
Proactively identify upsell, cross-sell, and re-engagement opportunities.
Leverage digital campaigns and tools to increase partner engagement and pipeline.
Drive adoption of self-service tools and digital platforms for efficiency.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with Sales Ops, Purchasing, Product, Marketing, and Vendor Specialists to meet partner needs on time, first time.
Promote teamwork and alignment across all internal functions for a unified customer experience.

Governance & Continuous Improvement
Execute assigned campaigns and capture leads in CRM.
Track and analyze performance metrics, sharing insights and recommendations.
Identify process improvements and champion best practices to enhance responsiveness and efficiency.

Qualifications / Requirements
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in inside sales or account management roles.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.
Proficiency in CRM systems and digital sales tools.
Language: English (business fluency) & French (fluent)

Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience:
Familiarity with multi-vendor IT distribution and channel sales.
Experience in campaign execution and digital engagement strategies.
Additional languages and international exposure.
