Learning & Development Coordinator

Perfectly situated at 19 Avenue Kléber, The Peninsula sits in the heart of Paris within walking distance of some of the world's most famous monuments, museums and luxury shopping districts. The Peninsula houses 200 luxurious rooms, including 93 suites. Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, The Peninsula Paris is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator.

Key accountabilities :

• Plan and facilitate the orientation program.
• Coordinate and lead HSH and Peninsula training sessions.
• Assist internal trainers.
• Manage training registrations and logistics.
• Update the training plan.
• Maintain dashboards and propose monitoring tools.

General requirements:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask
• Previous experience in People & Culture and/or training.
• English required.
