About the mission we offer you:

We are seeking a proactive and strategic apprentices to support the development and commercialization of our digital offerings. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to key business decisions while gaining hands-on experience across strategy, pricing, sales enablement, and CRM optimization.

Key responsibilities
Product & Strategy
- Support the definition and positioning of our digital product portfolio
- Contribute to pricing strategy and business model development
- Assist in developing go-to-market strategies for new and existing digital offerings

Sales Enablement
- Design training materials and programs to equip our sales team with the knowledge and tools to effectively sell digital solutions
- Create sales pitches, presentations, and documentation
- Organize and facilitate training sessions for commercial teams

Marketing & Promotion
- Develop promotional strategies and campaigns to increase visibility of our digital offerings
- Create marketing collateral and communication materials
- Support digital marketing initiatives

CRM & Sales Operations
- Optimize our CRM (Salesforce) usage to track, analyze, and boost sales performance
- Implement dashboards and reporting tools
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in the sales cycle

Starting Date: September 2026

About you:

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Strategy, or related field
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus
Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented mindset
Fluent in English; French is a plus
