Wherever possible, we foster flexible working arrangements to stimulate innovative thinking.Your challenges:** Drive the E2E PLM Portfolio roadmap as an Enterprise/Functional Architect to define IS convergence strategies for Large Solutions. Design and communicate a shared technical vision while building the Architectural Runway to sustain long-term business value. Partner with Solution Train Engineers and Product Management to steer the operational delivery of the Large Solution. Coordinate across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) to ensure seamless System Integration and technical alignment. Lead architecture boards and facilitate key SAFe ceremonies, including PI Planning, to govern technical standards. Secure project milestones by providing deep functional expertise and contributing to strategic roadmap definitions. Manage supplier team performance, providing the leadership and monitoring necessary to scale architectural activities.*Your boarding pass:** At least 5 years of experience in Business IT projects, Proven experience in Software Architecture and Development, Ideally, proven experience with PLM, Digital, Flight Test and/or Avionics Strong knowledge of all or part of the domains Design, Engineering- and Digital Processes.
