Job description

Within the Clinical team, you are the link between dermatologists and R&D to transform deep tech innovation into concrete benefits for patients. You will work in close collaboration with our KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders): expert and pioneering dermatologists based at Damae's partner reference centres. Join us as a: CLINICAL APPLICATION ENGINEER.

Collaboration with our KOLs & partner centres

• Train dermatologists in the use of deepLive™ and image interpretation.
• Support centres in image analysis and diagnostic performance assessment.
• Contribute to content creation, scientific publications, and conference presentations.

Clinical study coordination

• Assist our partners in setting up their clinical studies.
• Lead image review sessions, provide statistical analyses, and deliver study reports.
• Participate in proof-of-concept studies to explore new clinical indications.

Contribution to product & AI innovation

• Contribute to data management of image databases (organisation, sorting, labelling).
• Collect field feedback and test prototypes with early users.
• Collaborate with R&D and AI teams on innovation projects.

📍 Paris (intra-muros) - attention given to comfort and equipment needs, remote working possible (2 days/week).

Required profile

• Scientific background (engineering degree, Master's or PhD), from newly graduated to ~5 years of experience
• Initial exposure to the medical field, imaging, or biology is a strong asset
• Keen interest in healthcare, medical innovation, and AI
• Strong communicator, curious, rigorous, and service-oriented
• Excellent level of English required. Germany is Damae's primary export market; we are therefore looking for a bilingual German speaker who will serve as the key point of contact for our German KOLs and customers.
• Enjoy fieldwork and travel across France, Germany, and internationally (~1/3 of the time)
