Act as the primary technical point of contact for external editors to resolve complex software bugs and coordinate patching cycles. Drive infrastructure GitOps orchestration using ArgoCD for cluster administration alongside global governance and security hardening via ACM/ACS. * Lead ITIL-based operational processes (incident, problem, change) and head Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to maintain constant 24/7 stability.

• Coordinate international administrator teams and collaborate with platform architects to ensure infrastructure availability aligns with negotiated SLAs. **Your boarding pass:*** Background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. * Min 3+ years of experience building, deploying, and operating cloud Container solutions (Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift, Rancher).

Solid background in Linux system administration (RHEL, Ubuntu) and GitOps/Automation workflows (ArgoCD, Ansible, Terraform). Advanced proficiency level in both English and French. Not a 100% match?
