Role:Digital Data Product Manager

Employment: Permanent

Location: Paris,FR - hybrid

Skills:

- 10 to 15 years' experience in product ownership/management, with at least 3 years in hospitality/hotels, travel, or closely related customer-centric services.

- Strong understanding of hotel operations (front office, housekeeping, F&B), commercial levers (revenue management, distribution, loyalty, direct vs OTA), and guest experience.

- Solid grasp of data concepts (PMS/ CRS/ CRM data, data models, pipelines, BI tools, APIs), digital product practices (web/ mobile/ CRM journeys, A/B testing, personalization) and usage/ limitations of AI in areas like guest profiling, segmentation, personalization, journey optimization, concierge, chat, smart room experiences, upsell and cross-sell optimization.

- Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional, often distributed teams; comfortable working in an international group with stakeholders in France and potentially EMEA.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to challenge and align senior stakeholders across functions.

- Professional proficiency in English; strong French is highly preferred for stakeholder and hotel engagement.

Nice-to-Have:

- Hands-on experience with hospitality systems (PMS, CRS, channel manager, CRM/loyalty platforms, review management tools, BI dashboards).

- Experience in designing or managing guest-facing digital journeys (booking engine, brand site, mobile app, online check-in/out, digital key, upsell flows).

- Familiarity with French and EU data privacy/GDPR practices in a hospitality context.
