Role overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Paris office. This role is central to ensuring the smooth running of administrative, facilities, and office support functions, acting as a key point of coordination between employees, leadership, and external stakeholders.

Role overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Paris office. This role is central to ensuring the smooth running of administrative, facilities, and office support functions, acting as a key point of coordination between employees, leadership, and external stakeholders.
What you will do
- Ensure the efficient day-to-day running of the office and facilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate maintenance, cleaning, and health & safety compliance
- Manage correspondence, documentation, and record keeping
- Support budgeting, invoice processing, and expense tracking
- Identify and address issues promptly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to office operations.
Who you are
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Receptionist or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment
- Fluent in French and have a good English level. Ony other language will be a plus
- Experience in a corporate or international environment is an advantage
