Context
Within the Group Corporate Finance Controlling team, you will support global financial controlling activities for OPmobility Group, working closely with Group support functions and international stakeholders.

The position provides a crossfunctional and international exposure to grouplevel finance topics.

Task & Responsibilities

Group Financial Controlling & Reporting

  • Support Grouplevel financial controlling activities for SG&A support functions, including budget, forecast, and actual analysis

  • Participate in monthly closing and performance analysis

  • Support the preparation of management reporting, dashboards, and presentations for Top management


Budget & Planning Processes

  • Support annual budget and Quarterly Review exercises at Group level

  • Contribute to the structuring, documentation, and improvement of controlling tools and files

  • Support adhoc financial analyses requested by management


Headcount Monitoring

  • Maintain and update headcount tracking files, including arrivals, departures, role changes, internal transfers, and related cost impacts

  • Support monthly and ad-hoc headcount reviews, including analysis of deviations versus budget and forecast

  • Act as a finance support contact for headcount-related questions and follow-ups


Purchase Requisition (POR) Support

  • Support the Purchase Requisition (POR) process for Group support functions

  • Provide user assistance and guidance on POR creation and best practices

  • Contribute to process clarification, documentation, and continuous improvement related to POR workflows


Coordination & CrossFunctional Interaction

  • Act as a key interface between Finance and other Group support functions, providing day-to-day support on controlling, budget, forecast, and cost-related topics

  • Contribute to improving communication, transparency, and financial processes for SG&A functions, reducing ad-hoc queries and recurring issues

  • Participate in transversal finance meetings and projects


Continuous Improvement

  • Contribute to the standardization and optimization of controlling and reporting processes

  • Propose improvements to enhance data quality, efficiency, and user experience

  • Support the development of dashboards, reporting tools, and process documentation


Profile

  • Master's student (M1/M2) in Finance, Management Control, or Business Administration

  • Good command of Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus

  • Fluent English (international environment)

  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills

  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization
