Service marketing Support Apprentice f/h

Your role: As a student in our global team, you work closely with the global product manager to support daily activities and project work for our technical, service, and commercial teams. You assist in various global marketing projects, including the design of a Service Portal for contract management and the improvement of our warranty process. Furthermore, you develop tools to promote and sell services on our company website, while also managing and dispatching worldwide technical support requests. Embracing digital innovation, you create service training content utilizing AI, implement an AI service assistant, and support the creation of short training videos from storyboards. Finally, you support European service software security requirements and actively participate in marketing strategy meetings, providing helpful summaries for the team.

Who you are:
  • Pursuing a Master's degree (or equivalent level based on the mission) with a minimum scientific background in technical and/or microbiological fields.
  • Fluent in the local language and English, with excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Proactive, highly self-motivated, and agile, with an openness to adapt to changes.
  • A customer-focused team player who thinks beyond their own responsibilities for the benefit of the team and the company.
  • Digitally savvy with a good working knowledge of modern digital tools.
