Job Description
As a Consumer Data Analyst, you will turn complex consumer data into clear, actionable recommendations to support decision-making and improve business performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze consumer and business data from various sources (CRM, e-commerce, retail, products, etc.) to support customer strategy and operational plans
- Collaborating with Data Scientists on predictive analytics projects (segmentation, clustering, machine learning)
- Work with the Power BI team to maintain and optimize dashboards and reporting tools to support business teams in their decision-making
- Ensure data quality and reliability
- Design scalable analytical frameworks and reusable templates to enable faster and more consistent decision-making
- Build strong relationships with Product, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to support data needs
- Contribute to the development of a data-driven culture by promoting best practices and data literacy
- Identify new opportunities to enhance consumer understanding through innovative analytics and new data sources
Qualifications
Experience :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations
- Strong knowledge of programming languages
Education :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field (engineering school or business school)
Language :
- Fluent in English
Technical Skills :
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable recommendations
- Good communication skills to present analyses clearly and effectively
- Experience with data visualization tools (ideally Power BI)
- Ability to work independently with data
- Knowledge of SQL and cloud data environments is a plus
