Commissioning Manager

We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager to lead end-to-end commissioning activities across data centre and complex industrial projects.
This role spans the full project lifecycle from early design input through to testing, validation, and final handover combining both technical engineering expertise and hands-on site execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead commissioning strategy during the design phase, including reviews, input, and planning
• Develop and implement commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules
• Coordinate and oversee FAT, SAT, and full system validation activities
• Manage installation, commissioning, and performance testing of MEP systems
• Drive all on-site commissioning activities through to successful project delivery
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements
• Act as key interface between contractors, subcontractors, and client teams
• Produce and manage commissioning documentation, reports, and handover packages

Team & Leadership:

• Lead and coordinate commissioning teams on-site
• Monitor performance, timelines, and deliverables
• Provide regular progress updates and risk reporting to senior stakeholders

Profile:

• 5-7 years' experience in commissioning, ideally within data centres or complex infrastructure projects
• Strong technical background in MEP systems
• Proven experience across the full project lifecycle
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams and multi-disciplinary stakeholders
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills

Location & Mobility

• Based in France with national mobility required
• Regular on-site presence across projects
