The Digital Marketing Coordinator is part of the Digital Marketing team ; He/ She works on the implementation and coordination of digital media plans in collaboration with the marketing team.
Above the role
Media Planning :
As part of the ongoing transformation of the digital team, this role will slowly evolve into a position working within the digital content team in charge of the digital engagement and consideration around the campaigns for our Studios, Disney+ GE, Branded Shows, local productions, TV channels, EST and IPs. This team will oversee digital content creations with partners, as well as the management of our social media and influence marketing activities. Within that team and scope, this specific coordinator role will be in charge of coordination of the Disney+ brand and content campaigns.
• Based on EMEA media guidelines and directives, the digital coordinator brings his/her support to the acting as digital supervisor and the digital team in order to work in partnership with the marketing team on digital media campaign, social media, influence and special operations and in collaboration with other members of the Media Digital team, to establish the right mix and sequencing of communications. The goal of the team is to create effective advertising campaigns that maximize exposure and awareness of Disney+ content, especially across major digital media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, Audio).
• Participate to implement always-on campaign strategies with key media partners such as Webedia and Prisma.
• Work closely in support to the team with partners, agencies, and internal teams to create advertising formats to be used in Brand Digital campaigns.
• at his/her level, be a driving force for innovation, testing new channels and/or ad formats.
• has the mindset to identify new media opportunities through competitive monitoring and meetings with media sales houses.
• Participate to the brief of internal programmatic teams and media partners on campaign setups, with support from the Disney+ Brand Digital Coordinator and apprentice.

What you need to bring and to know
• 1-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• knowledge in Digital Advertising, ideally in the media/ entertainment industry.
• A results-oriented and collaborative mindset, agile and flexible
• A proven ability to work with creative teams to develop and refine concepts.
• Comfort working in a dynamic and demanding environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
