Job Description
We are looking for an Account Director to support the growth and media transformation of our strategic clients. You will join our international Consulting Business Unit, at the heart of communication, data, and innovation challenges.
As a true senior partner, you will be responsible for the strategic vision, operational leadership, and client relationship at executive level. You will oversee dedicated teams and ensure the quality of deliverables, while driving the business performance of your accounts.

We are looking for an Account Director to support the growth and media transformation of our strategic clients. You will join our international Consulting Business Unit, at the heart of communication, data, and innovation challenges.

Responsibilities
360° Media Strategy & Vision
- Define and lead the overall media strategy: offline, digital, social, data, retail media, OPS, etc.
- Analyze the market and identify emerging trends.
- Act as the key point of contact for marketing leadership and C-level stakeholders.
- Understand business challenges, anticipate needs, and provide a proactive strategic vision.
- Manage Account Managers, Account Executives, and junior profiles.
- Structure workflows and streamline collaboration across areas of expertise.
- Drive the development of the teams' strategic capabilities.
- Identify growth opportunities (upsell, cross-sell, new offerings).
- Contribute to pitches and new business initiatives.
- Develop innovative, high value-added solutions.
- Identify emerging trends and technologies.
- Support clients in their digital and media transformation projects.
- Integrate data, AI, automation, and advanced attribution models into strategies.
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac+4/5) from a Business or Communication School.
- At least 6 years of experience in a media agency or consulting environment, managing strategic accounts in international contexts.
- Strong expertise in 360° media strategy, data, and digital channels.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong business acumen, and natural leadership.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with ease.
- Strong business mindset, with an entrepreneurial approach.
