CDI
UpSlide is the number one productivity solution provider for financial services. Our software dramatically improves the functionality of PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Power BI and enables users at firms like Citi, KPMG, and BNP Paribas to focus on high-value tasks rather than formatting or copy-pasting. We're scaling up with 160+ employees across our offices in New York, London, Paris (HQ), Singapore, and Berlin.
Our values
Our values guide our approach to work and are at the heart of our recruitment process. To join our team, we look for individuals who value:
The Team
The Revenue Operations team is a Business Partner to all client-facing teams at UpSlide, covering 5 geographies, with the UK and the US as our two largest and most dynamic markets. It owns our commercial tool stack, our processes, and Sales and Customer Success enablement, as well as informing the GTM strategy through insight generation.
The team is in a phase of strong growth, backed by solid financial fundamentals and the full support of the executive committee, in order to contribute to an international growth trajectory.
Made up of six people in its target structure, the team is organized around three pillar missions: Insights & Analytics, Tools & Processes, and GTM Team Enablement.
This is a hands-on Individual Contributor role. You will drive projects end to end, from scoping and system design through to deployment and adoption, and collaborate daily with the Sales, CSM, Marketing, and Sales Admin teams across all of our offices. No managerial responsibilities are expected.
Our north star is productivity. Our mission is to drive predictable, scalable ARR growth by aligning the revenue engine end to end and enabling go-to-market teams to reach their full potential, on our journey toward €60M ARR by 2027.
Team Objectives
The RevOps team's mission is to support predictable, scalable ARR growth by aligning the entire GTM engine and empowering client-facing teams to perform at their best. We have three pillar missions: Insights & Analytics, Tools & Processes, and GTM Enablement.
Your Responsibilities
Mission 1 - Analysis & Insights (~40%)
Mission 2 - RevOps Build & Run Projects (~35%)
Mission 3 - Target & Bonus Management (~25%)
Tools: Salesforce, Power BI, Gong, and the entire RevOps stack.
