Position Summary
This is a critical execution role for Plug's European bulk hydrogen business. The position ensures continuity, reliability and discipline across contract follow-up, RFNBO and proof-of-sustainability documentation, mass-balance processes, volume planning, pricing support, reporting and coordination with operations and finance.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain and update bulk H2 pricing models and prepare analytical inputs for commercial offers and pricing decisions
- Support preparation and follow-up of contract extensions and commercial amendments
- Maintain the register of bulk H2 sale, purchase and backup supply contracts, and track key obligations, amendments, notice periods and renewals
- Run the production scheduling of sites under operation, using the planning tool
- Consolidate short-, medium- and longer-term supply and demand forecasts for bulk H2 activities
- Allocate volumes between own production, third-party sourcing and customer demand, and flag risks or imbalances
- Issue the production schedule to Romain (site operations) for execution, and ensure feedback loop on execution vs plan
- Prepare and coordinate proof-of-sustainability (PoS) and mass-balance documentation, including recurring monthly certificate issuance where required
- Maintain audit-ready files and supporting evidence for RFNBO compliance
- Support RTFC or equivalent scheme implementation where relevant
- Coordinate consistency between contracts, delivered volumes, invoicing and reporting, and contribute to process automation and KPI dashboards
- Represent Plug Power in a professional manner at all times and in all interactions.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business, economics, energy or similar.
- 1-4 years of experience in energy, commodities, utilities, infrastructure, logistics or industrial commercial operations.
- Strong Excel skills required; Power BI, Python, Salesforce or similar tools are a plus.
- Fluent English required; French is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage recurring operational follow-up with discipline.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with contract, compliance and reporting work.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously.
- Good understanding of structured data, reporting tools and workflow discipline.
- Experience with certificates, guarantees, mass-balance systems or regulatory reporting is a
- strong plus.
- Ability to role model high standards of professionalism.
