The Role

You'll be:
- Targeting and winning new customers across industrial, FMCG, and manufacturing environments
- Building a strong pipeline from scratch through proactive outreach, networking and field activity
- Engaging with decision-makers across procurement, operations, and commercial functions
- Managing the full sales cycle - from cold introduction through to close
- Developing a structured approach to territory growth
- Staying close to market trends and identifying new commercial opportunities

- Or any B2B environment where you've had to win new business from scratch
- Proven track record of winning new business in a B2B environment
- A consistent ability to identify and convert opportunities into revenue
- Strong commercial instinct and a competitive mindset
- Confidence engaging with stakeholders at multiple levels
- High levels of resilience, energy and self-motivation
