We're partnered with a leading international packaging manufacturer undergoing strong growth, particularly across sustainable and circular food packaging solutions.
This is a key commercial role focused on developing new business across the French food, beverage and foodservice sectors, working with major producers, retailers and processors.
If you understand how the food value chain works, and you're confident selling technical solutions into industrial or FMCG environments, this is a strong platform to build on.

The Role
This is a pure new business / hunting role with a high degree of autonomy.
You'll be responsible for:
- Identifying and developing new customers within food manufacturing, retail and foodservice
- Building relationships with key stakeholders (procurement, operations, NPD, technical teams)
- Selling a value-led, consultative packaging solution
- Managing the full sales process - from prospecting through to closing deals
- Developing and executing a clear commercial plan for your territory
- Tracking market trends, sustainability legislation, and competitor activity
- Partnering internally with technical, operations and supply chain teams to deliver solutions

What They're Looking For
You'll likely come from:
- Food packaging (rigid, flexible, films, trays, etc.)
- Food or beverage manufacturing
- Or a related B2B environment supplying into food production
Key experience:
- Proven track record in B2B sales / business development
- Experience selling into food manufacturers, processors, or foodservice networks
- Ability to sell technical or value-driven solutions
- Strong commercial drive with evidence of winning new business
You'll also bring:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to identify opportunities and convert them into revenue
- Self-motivation and comfort working in a field-based role
- Fluent French, with English ideally for wider group communication
- Be part of a company leading the shift towards circular and sustainable packaging
- Work with major food and FMCG customers across France
- High level of ownership and autonomy in your role
