Transport Procurement
- Anticipate transport needs at European level to ensure efficient delivery of goods across countries.
- Support the definition and implementation of carrier selection strategies together with the Transport Manager.
- Manage carrier selection on a daily and weekly basis.
- Coordinate transport operations with carriers and LPR subsidiaries.
- Participate in meetings with potential and existing suppliers.
- Define optimal transport plans (cost, capacity, intermodal solutions).
- Manage and update transport cost components (fuel surcharge, waiting time, etc.).
- Ensure strong supplier relationships and proper execution of transport services.
- Provide operational support on European flows when needed.
Monitoring & Performance
- Update and maintain operational reporting.
- Monitor ETA and track service level performance.
- Analyse and control transport cost elements.
Coordination & Support
- Support the overall organization of European transport flows.
- Coordinate European flows on a weekly basis.
- Provide support to local LPR entities as required.
Skills & Requirements
Experience & Education
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role (transport, logistics, or supply chain).
- Degree (minimum 2-year) in transport, logistics, administration, or a related field.
Languages
- Excellent written and spoken English is required.
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in IT systems and Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP and analytical tools such as Power BI is a plus.
- Comfortable working with digital tools and interested in transport systems (SAP TM).
