Le service clients de BD est un partenaire stratégique de nos clients et de nos entreprises. Il se concentre sur la création d'expériences exceptionnelles pour les clients et génère une croissance du chiffre d'affaires.
Rejoignez notre équipe conviviale et solidaire en tant Correspondant(e) Service Clients au sein de BD France. Vous travaillerez avec une équipe de professionnels de la santé pour offrir un service client exceptionnel, de la prise de commande à la livraison et la facturation.

Le service clients de BD est un partenaire stratégique de nos clients et de nos entreprises. Il se concentre sur la création d'expériences exceptionnelles pour les clients et génère une croissance du chiffre d'affaires.
Rejoignez notre équipe conviviale et solidaire en tant Correspondant(e) Service Clients au sein de BD France. Vous travaillerez avec une équipe de professionnels de la santé pour offrir un service client exceptionnel, de la prise de commande à la livraison et la facturation.
Responsabilités :
- Gérer les demandes entrantes des clients par téléphone ou email
- Répondre aux questions concernant les commandes
- Gérer les allocations des commandes qui requièrent une intervention locale
- Informer les clients des ruptures, des potentiels produits de substitution, des reports de livraison
- Gérer les réclamations , organiser les retours, reprises, remplacements, et dépannages de produits
- Participer à des projets d'optimisation pour améliorer le service aux clients
Profil recherché:
- Diplôme Bac+2 (assistante de gestion, assistante de manager, MUC ou autre) minimum
- Une première expérience professionnelle dans le service client dans un environnement BtoB
- Rigueur, aptitude au travail en équipe, aptitude à la communication orale et écrite (incl. orthographe)
- Anglais intérmédiaire
