The role
Le/La Business Analyst/ Sales Operation Manager accompagne la transformation de l'organisation en pilotant l'évolution des processus, des modes de fonctionnement, des outils et des pratiques managériales au service de la performance business. Acteur clé de synergie inter-équipe et d'optimisation, il/elle intervient de manière transverse pour simplifier l'exécution, renforcer la lisibilité des rôles, fiabiliser le pilotage et soutenir la prise de décision du management. Le poste s'inscrit dans une dynamique de transformation stratégique, orientée data, innovation et adoption de nouveaux leviers technologiques.

The role
Le/La Business Analyst/ Sales Operation Manager accompagne la transformation de l'organisation en pilotant l'évolution des processus, des modes de fonctionnement, des outils et des pratiques managériales au service de la performance business. Acteur clé de synergie inter-équipe et d'optimisation, il/elle intervient de manière transverse pour simplifier l'exécution, renforcer la lisibilité des rôles, fiabiliser le pilotage et soutenir la prise de décision du management. Le poste s'inscrit dans une dynamique de transformation stratégique, orientée data, innovation et adoption de nouveaux leviers technologiques.
- Automatiser les processus métiers grâce aux solutions de BI, Power BI, PowerApps et aux approches d'AI agentic.
- Connecter business, process, data et technologie pour accélérer durablement la performance commerciale et opérationnelle.
- Faire évoluer le modèle opérationnel commercial pour gagner en clarté, fluidité et efficacité d'exécution.
- Structurer, simplifier et fiabiliser les processus métiers clés afin de soutenir la performance business.
- Identifier les points de friction opérationnels et déployer des améliorations concrètes à forte valeur ajoutée.
- Piloter la gouvernance des actions commerciales en assurant un suivi rigoureux des plans d'action, de leur avancement, de leurs échéances et de leur bonne exécution par les parties prenantes.
- Assurer la visibilité et le pilotage des priorités commerciales pour sécuriser leur mise en œuvre et leur impact.
- Produire et faire évoluer les outils de pilotage et de reporting pour améliorer la qualité de la décision managériale.
What we need to see from you
- Expérience confirmée en gestion de projets stratégiques, business transformation ou business opérations.
- Capacité à structurer des sujets complexes et à piloter des initiatives transverses.
- Excellentes compétences en communication, synthèse et influence.
- Forte appétence pour la data, le reporting et les outils de pilotage.
- Maîtrise de Power BI et intérêt marqué pour l'automatisation et l'AI agentic.
