Key Responsibilities
Compliance & Quality
- Integrate and implement regulatory, veterinary, quality and food safety requirements (IFS, internal standards) within industrial projects
- Contribute to the preparation of technical specifications, ensuring compliance of proposed technical solutions
- Participate in design and validation phases in line with quality and HSE standards
- Ensure proper documentation traceability and follow up on corrective actions when required
- Support project budget monitoring (cost tracking, variance analysis, optimization opportunities)
- Contribute to achieving industrial performance targets, yield optimization and cost control
- Maintain and update project performance indicators (costs, timelines, efficiency)
- Proactively suggest technical or organizational improvements to enhance efficiency
- Contribute to projects aimed at securing and expanding industrial capacity, in line with the Chilled 2030 strategy
- Update project schedules, monitor milestones and anticipate production impacts
- Support coordination of internal and external resources required for project execution
- Monitor progress of installation works and industrial commissioning
- Support the integration of new technologies, equipment or industrial processes
- Participate in technical studies, design and deployment phases
- Facilitate information sharing between technical teams, production, quality and maintenance
- Capitalize on project feedback and lessons learned to strengthen industrial standards and capabilities
- Contribute to projects related to business continuity, operational robustness and process security
- Support identification of project risks (technical, planning, supplier-related) and mitigation plans
- Contribute to initiatives aligned with the Business Continuity and Healthy Living, Healthy Ocean vision
- Ensure reliable and regular reporting to support efficient decision-making
- Act as an interface between internal teams (production, quality, maintenance, supply chain) and external partners (suppliers, contractors, engineering firms)
- Prepare, organize and facilitate project meetings
- Provide project reporting to the Project Team and Technical Manager
Profil recherché
Education
- Master's degree (Bac+5) or Engineering degree in:
- Industrial Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Food Engineering
- Process Engineering
- Industrial Maintenance
- Project Management
Engineering schools such as Arts & Métiers, IMT, INSA or equivalent are highly valued.
Experience
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience, ideally in the food industry
- Initial experience in industrial projects, such as:
- Capital expenditure / new installations
- Continuous improvement initiatives
- Production line transfers
- Implementation of new equipment
- French: Fluent
- English: Fluent - C1 level
