Principales responsabilités
1. Onboarding client & facturation
- Soutenir l'implémentation des nouveaux clients (costing, paramétrage de la facturation, processus financiers)
- Veiller au respect des politiques internes et des standards de gouvernance
- Surveiller l'exactitude, l'exhaustivité et la ponctualité de la facturation
- Identifier et signaler les risques ou lacunes pendant les phases d'implémentation et de facturation
2. Performance financière & rentabilité
- Suivre la rentabilité du site et analyser les écarts ou activités déficitaires
- Garantir un reporting fiable au niveau de la marge brute (GP) et de l'EBIT
- Participer aux clôtures mensuelles et au reporting financier
- Identifier les pertes de revenus et les problèmes de coûts, et mettre en place des actions correctives
- Fournir des analyses financières claires au management du site et aux partenaires finance
3. Contrôles & gestion des risques
- Revoir et améliorer les contrôles financiers (ex. costing, facturation, rapprochements)
- Identifier les lacunes des processus et mettre en place des plans de mitigation
- Assurer l'alignement entre les systèmes opérationnels et financiers
- Soutenir les audits internes et externes
4. Reporting & gouvernance
- Suivre et améliorer les KPI clés (ex. qualité de facturation, indicateurs de rentabilité)
- Escalader les risques financiers et contribuer aux plans d'atténuation
- Garantir le respect des politiques financières, processus et standards de gouvernance
5. Collaboration avec les parties prenantes
- Collaborer avec les équipes du site, les finance business partners et le management
- Être le point de contact principal pour les sujets financiers au niveau du site et les audits
Profil recherché
- Diplôme en finance, business ou équivalent + 3 ans d'expérience minimum
- Bonne maîtrise des contrôles financiers, du reporting et de la rentabilité
- Une expérience en logistique, entreposage ou opérations est un plus
- Excellentes capacités analytiques avec un grand souci du détail
- Capacité à travailler en transverse et influencer les parties prenantes
- Excellentes compétences en communication (capacité à vulgariser des données financières)
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais

Key responsibilities
1. Customer onboarding & billing
- Support new customer implementations (costing, billing setup, financial processes)
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and governance standards
- Monitor invoicing accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
- Flag risks or gaps during implementation and billing processes
2. Financial performance & profitability
- Monitor site profitability and investigate deviations or loss-making activities
- Ensure accurate reporting at GP and EBIT level
- Support month-end close and financial reporting
- Identify revenue leakage and cost issues, and drive corrective actions
- Provide clear financial insights to site leadership and finance partners
3. Controls & risk management
- Review and improve financial controls (e.g. job costing, billing, reconciliation)
- Identify process gaps and implement mitigation plans
- Ensure alignment between operational and financial systems
- Support internal and external audits
4. Reporting & governance
- Track and improve key KPIs (e.g. invoicing quality, profitability metrics)
- Escalate financial risks and support mitigation planning
- Ensure adherence to financial policies, processes, and governance standards
5. Stakeholder collaboration
- Partner with site teams, finance business partners, and leadership
- Act as the main finance contact for audits and site-level financial topics
What we're looking for
- Degree in Finance, Business, or similar + 3+ years' experience
- Strong understanding of financial controls, reporting, and profitability
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
- Clear communication skills (able to explain financial data simply)
- Fluent in French and English
